Can I return or exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided the packaging is unopened and the items are unused, you may return them for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us right away at hello@mymoon.co.nz and we will be happy to organise this for you. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If the items sent to you are faulty or were sent to you by mistake, we will send you a courier label so that you can return the products to us and we will send you a replacement. Without any exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. 

NOTE: Unless the packaging is unopened and the items are unused, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our underwear and menstrual cups/discs, due to hygiene reasons.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within New Zealand is $9. If you live rurally it is $13.

Free shipping on orders over $150 in New Zealand.

Free delivery on all orders within Queenstown.

International shipping coming soon!
