Botanical Wheat Bag Set

Wheat bag set with scented essential oil blend to help bring relief for menstrual cramps. Choose between three oils ~ menstrual cramp relief oil, nausea relief oil or sleep support oil.

HOW TO USE
Heat the wheat bag (without the scented mini bag in the pocket) in the microwave for approximately 3min at 650w or 2.5min at 700w (make sure the microwave plate is clean and dry). When heated, add the scented mini bag into the pocket. If scent fades in the mini bag overtime, simply add a few extra drops of the oil blend. Do not wash in washing machine; sponge clean with warm water and mild detergent.

INGREDIENTS
Menstrual Cramp Oil
Essential oil blend of LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA (LAVENDER), SALVIA SCLAREA (CLARY SAGE) + ANTHEMIS NOBILIS (ROMAN CHAMOMILE) DILUTED IN COCONUT OIL. For extra support with menstrual cramps you can apply to skin by massaging the oil blend into abdomen. Only apply oil to bag for afterbirth cramps - dilution rate not suitable for skin application during pregnancy and postpartum.

Nausea Relief Oil
Essential oil blend of CITRUS LIMON (LEMON), CITRUS SINENSIS (SWEET ORANGE) & ZINGIBER OFFICINALE (GINGER) DILUTED IN COCONUT OIL. For extra support with nausea you can also apply oil to skin (massage into wrists, neck or feet). Dilution rate not suitable for skin application during pregnancy and postpartum.

Sleep Support Oil
Essential oil blend of LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA (LAVENDER), CANANGA ODORATA VAR GENUINA (YLANG YLANG), BOSWELLIA SERRATA (FRANKINCENSE) AND CITRUS RETICULATA (MANDARIN DILUTED IN COCONUT OIL. For extra support with sleep you can also apply oil to skin (massage into wrists, neck or feet). Dilution rate not suitable for skin application during pregnancy and postpartum.
